Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
The timing for when you receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Express orders must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. MST in order to be processed within the same day. Orders submitted after 11:00 a.m. MST will be processed within the next business day (does not include orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
Adjustments or changes cannot be made once your order is submitted.
Below are general arrival estimates, although during certain holiday periods shipping times may take longer:
Value Ground Shipping
Delivered via partnerships between various carriers and the U.S. Postal Service (the USPS will fulfill the final leg of delivery). Orders arrive in 5-8 business days from the time your order is submitted. Free value ground shipping is available on orders of $99 or more except on orders over 15 lbs. APO/FPO addresses are delivered via US Postal Service within 8-12 business days from the time your order is submitted. Actual delivery overseas varies according to location.
Standard Ground Shipping
Orders arrive in 3-6 business days from the time your order is submitted.
2nd Day Shipping
Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. MST will arrive by 4:30 p.m. on the 2nd business day (does not include Saturday or Sunday) from the day your order is submitted. Not available for shipments to PO, APO, and FPO Boxes.
Overnight Shipping
Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. MST will arrive by 3:00 p.m. on the next business day (does not include Saturday or Sunday) from the day your order is submitted. Not available for shipments to PO, APO, and FPO Boxes
Canada Standard Ground
Orders arrive in 8-12 business days from the time your order is submitted.
Canada Domestic Express Saver
Orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. MST will arrive within 5-7 business days from the day your order is submitted.
Please Note: Some of our products are specialty items and ship separately from our regular products (no additional shipping fee is required). If a product you are purchasing has specialty item messaging in its description, please allow 3-4 business days for order processing, then add applicable shipping time to your order based on the shipping method you selected.
