Our 100% guarantee provides you with a full refund when you return any purchase within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Defective product returned within 30 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund. Receipt required.
Defective product returned after 30 days but within 120 days will be replaced at no charge or the customer may elect to receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit. Refunds on open billing accounts will receive a credit to their account. Receipt required.
Due to the nature of the product, customized and personalized products are not returnable.
How to Return Merchandise
Please visit www.franklinplanner.com/returns to request a return authorization. If your order is eligible for a return, a return authorization form will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Print this form and include in your package. For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured method of shipping. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Products Shipped From a 3rd Party Business Partner
Product purchased from Franklin Planner's website or catalog call center but shipped from a 3rd Party Business Partner (as indicated by a drop ship notation on the website and in the catalog) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Product must be new and unopened and accompanied by an original receipt. Please note – product must be returned to the 3rd Party Business Partner who sent the product to you. Please do not send return to Franklin Planner as it will delay your credit.
