- 1 point is accrued for each $1 of merchandise purchased online (less any discounts). Every 20 points equals $1 you can redeem.
- We may occasionally run special offers where additional points may be awarded for purchases.
- Customers must create a FranklinPlanner.com user account and be logged in at the time of purchase in order to accumulate FranklinPlanner rewards.
- Abuse of Franklin Planner rewards may result in loss of rewards or removal of ability to earn future rewards.
- Rewards do not accumulate for any portion of purchases paid for with gift cards or earned FranklinPlanner rewards.
- Rewards are not earned on the purchase of a Live Your Live Membership.
- Tax and shipping amounts do not count towards reward earnings.
- Although Franklin Planner rewards may be earned on orders paid for with Amazon and PayPal, they may not be redeemed while using these payment methods during checkout.
- Valid for online orders only.

- Franklin Planner Reward points will be removed for returned products.
- Franklin Planner Reward points are valid for two years.

Simply create a Franklin Planner account and you are automatically enrolled in Rewards. Get instant access to exclusive features such as faster, easier checkout options, creating a Save-For list, and more. Already have a Franklin Planner account? Sign up for our Rewards program with the same email address and your accounts will be linked together. You can view your points, your rewards, and activity right in your Franklin Planner account.

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Every 20 points equals $1 you can redeem (you get 20 points just for joining!). When you spend $500 in a rolling year, you will earn 1.5 points for every dollar spent, plus you'll receive a one-time 15% discount on any order. Spend $1000 in a rolling year and earn 2 points for every dollar spent, plus you'll receive a one-time 20% discount on any order. You can log in any time to see how close you are to your next reward.Redemption is even easier now. On the checkout page, simply select Choose Reward, select "Points exchange for 20 per $1", and click apply. Then enter the number of points you wish to redeem. Please note that rewards points are non-refundable on returned orders.

You can also earn 25 points by reviewing products you have purchased. Please note that you will only earn points on products reviewed from the emails we send requesting a review.
You can also earn 100 points when you refer a friend and they sign up and place an order (your friend will receive 15% off their entire order for signing up). Please note that there is a two-day delay in rewarding points after your friend has placed their order.
