Our 100% satisfaction guarantee provides you with a full refund, credit or exchange when you return your purchase within 30 days. Receipt required. All FranklinCovey products carry an unconditional guarantee against any defect in craftsmanship for one full year. (Other conditions apply to return of handheld organizers, software, and customized products. See below for details.)

We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase, and/or meets the conditions indicated below. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To Return Merchandise: Simply indicate the reason for your return, provide customer information, and list the items that you are returning on the reverse side of the packing slip you will receive. Include this packing slip with your return, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the address listed below or use the pre-addressed return label provided on the front of the packing slip. For your protection, we recommend that you return product using an insured method of shipping. FranklinCovey is not liable for lost packages.

Please note that due to the nature of software, electronic devices, and customizable products, some conditions apply:

Handheld Organizers must be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund. Please refer to the detailed return policy included in your handheld organizer package.

Software must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging for refund. FranklinCovey provides a 30-day warranty against software defects.

Due to the nature of the product, FranklinCovey does not offer refunds on downloaded software unless technical defects in the software itself prevent the software from functioning.

For online, subscription based software products, please refer to the returns policy included in your subscription terms and conditions.

Design Your Own Products
FranklinCovey is committed to providing excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. Because Design Your Own™ Planner Pages is a customized product, it may not be returned due to data incorrectly entered by the user during planner page creation, color variations due to differences in screen resolution and actual materials, or for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damages that may occur during shipping.

In the event your custom planner suffers manufacturing or shipping defects, please call us at 1-800-819-1812 or return the planner to the address above and FranklinCovey will replace the order. No credit will be issued for any customized product that is returned. It is imperative that you carefully review your planner prior to submitting your order to ensure your approval before it is created.

Freddy&Ma Products
Each Freddy&Ma tote and laptop sleeve is created specifically for you at the time it is ordered, which qualifies them as custom products. As such, they may not be returned due to user error during tote/sleeve selection/ordering, color variations due to differences in screen resolution and actual materials, or for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damages that may occur during shipping.

In the event your custom tote or sleeve suffers manufacturing or shipping defects, please call us at 917.514.5155 or return the

If it is determined that the tote or sleeve suffered damage through no user error, Freddy&Ma will replace the product. No credit will be issued for any customized product that is returned.
