Product Availability

Occasionally some products in our inventory may be temporarily out of stock and/or on backorder status. We make every effort to let you know when a product is on backorder status by displaying this information on the product purchase page.

Some products are available in limited quantities only and will no longer be available when stock has been exceeded. We make every effort to indicate on the site which items may have limited stock and remove items when stock is gone.

Because FranklinCovey is continually introducing new styles, fabrics, dated material, technology devices, etc., some items may have been discontinued and no longer available. We make every effort to remove discontinued items when stock is gone.

Backorder shipments
If you indicated in the online shopping cart that your shipping preference is "Ship as items become available," your packing slip will indicate which items in your order are on backorder status.

Items on backorder will appear in the quantity backorder column (Qty. B/O). The date that FranklinCovey expects to receive the item will appear in the comments area. The item(s) will be shipped within two business days of FranklinCovey receiving the items. Expected arrival dates are subject to change.

Pre-orders
Some products are made available for purchase in the online store before stock arrives in our warehouse for shipping. These items appear with a Pre-order status notation next to the item number.

Please note that if you have pre-ordered any items and have indicated your shipping preference is "ship as items become available," there will be an additional $5.99 shipping and handling cost added to your order. To avoid this additional charge, please select "ship in as few shipments as possible" as your shipping preference. Selecting this option means that your order will not ship until all of the items your selected – including pre-ordered items – are in stock in our warehouse.

Pricing
The pricing for each product is displayed throughout the site. In addition, special pricing is clearly identified, including clearance pricing, temporary specials, etc.

The prices listed do not include any corporate volume discount your organization may receive. These discounts will be applied at the time your order is processed and your packing slip will reflect these discounts. To find out more info about corporate discounts, click here.
