Payment Information

Payment options when using our Online Store include credit cards and company purchase orders. Below are details on guidelines for using each payment method:

Credit Cards
Payment by credit card is the preferred payment method at FranklinCovey Products. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club/Carte Blanche. All credit card orders require name as it appears on the card, credit card number and expiration date. Any missing or inaccurate information will delay processing of your order. Please carefully re-check your order payment before final submission.

Purchase Orders
FranklinCovey Products accepts purchase orders from corporate customers. All payments using this type require the user to provide the purchase order number as it appears on the purchase order. Please also verify that your company name (which matches the name on the purchase order) and ship to attention name appears in the bill to/ship to sections. You may be contacted for more information about this payment method, including a request to fax a hard copy of the purchase order for our records.

Please note: Beginning June 1, 2009, all orders paid for with a purchase order must total $500 or more.
